Another Sunday Sketch for Studio Calico! It was a really simple sketch and I loved that. I’ve been doing a lot of different things with my layouts, and it was fun do have a simple design.

I stuck pretty close to the sketch. The main difference is that I moved the location of the title and simplified the embellishments (reduced the quantity). Of course there is ribbon 🙂
I have had a crazy week at work so my scrap room has been pretty quiet. I hope to change that over the next couple of days and get some more wedding pages done. I also have a mini book brewing in the back of my brain that I want to put together I think. I finished up my Metropolitan kit on the few pages I did this weekend, and I think this mini will finish up the rest of another kit if I actually get to it. I’m going to use my Singing in the Rain kit for more wedding pages though! It’s perfect for my rainy day wedding 🙂

Yes, sometimes the sketches take me in another direction & it’s fun to see how things turn out. Simple can definately be great! I love your take on it!
I really love when a lot of people post to a sketch to see where everyone took it. It’s so interesting how we all see something different in the same sketch.
